Conference registration is open. Early conference registration is $350.

Hotel Reservation Information

Most rooms in the ACE/NETC hotel block at Embassy Suites are gone and it is likely you cannot get the conference rate for all the nights you want (see alternative rooms below).

Conference Hotel (Embassy Suites) Information

You can reserve the rooms, but nothing will be charged to your credit cards until check in. The rate is $99 single or double plus tax (between 11 and 12 percent). Third and fourth people in a suite are $10 more each per night.

Suites are two rooms with bed(s) in one room and a pull out couch in the other room. There is a door between the rooms, separate TVs and separate desks. Sorry, you have to share a bathroom.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Individual room cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.

Alternative Rooms

The Embassy Suites block is full except for a limited number of rooms on June 16, 17 and 18. Rooms are available from June 15-19 at the following Homewood Suites properties in Albuquerque.

To help conference planners arrange transportation between Homewood Suites locations and the conference hotel, those registering at Homewood suites are asked to inform Terry Canup at tcanup@nmsu.edu regarding transportation needs.

Homewood Suites Uptown is 5 miles from the conference hotel, but it has the advantage of being amongst shopping, theaters and restaurants in the uptown location. Ask for the New Mexico State University negotiated rate when making your reservations by calling the number listed above. If there are problems getting the NMSU rate, ask for sales manager Viviane Price.

Homewood Suites Airport is near the Albuquerque Sunport, with courtesy hotel shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is less than three miles from the conference hotel. Ask for the ACE/NETC rate when making your reservations by calling the number listed above.

Other alternatives below are higher room rates and a little closer, but still driving distance from Embassy suites.

Travel

If you are flying in, you'll want to fly directly into the Albuquerque International SunPort, the major airport that services the Albuquerque area. The hotel is a short distance from the SunPort.

There is no complimentary hotel shuttle to Embassy Suites from the airport.
