Registration Information

First-time users

Conference registration uses the Etrak system, graciously provided by Kansas State University. First-time users of the Etrak system will need to create registration details.

If you have already registered, you may add to or change a current registration.

Registration Fees

Fees are listed below. The full conference registration fee covers all program materials, three lunches, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, dinner at El Pinto (including transportation), and complimentary shuttle service to Old Town and downtown on Saturday and Sunday evenings. One-day registration fees include program materials and lunch that day.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registerdce@ksu.edu with the subject line ACE-NETC registration. Substitutions are encouraged. Click here if you need to make changes to your registration.

A full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received by Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) on May 22, 2007. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.

Special Assistance

Kansas State University is committed to making events accessible to all participants. After that date, we will make every effort to provide assistance, but cannot guarantee that requested services will be available.
